History: Martin/Rogers/Associates was formed in
1983 with the merger of two engineering firms; Martin and Fladd, Consulting Engineers, established in 1960; and
Kenneth N. Rogers, Consulting Engineers, established in 1976. M/R/A
became MRA, P.C. in 1999. There are presently three principals;
Randall G. Levine, P.E., John P. Kuderka Jr., P.E., and Michael B. Mills,
P.E. Located in Wilkes-Barre, PA,
MRA, P.C. has a depth of design Experience and offers a single source for
Mechanical and Electrical Consultant Engineering Services. All work
is directed and supervised by design professionals registered in Pennsylvania,
New York, New Jersey,
Maryland, Virginia,
and Ohio.
We are: We are design professionals who
convey in schematic fashion the ‘systems’ within today’s
buildings: systems that temper, filter, treat and circulate indoor air, distribute
and deliver cold and hot water, protect against and suppress fires, power
equipment, illuminate, secure, and alarm the building’s occupants,
and communicate the world to the working environment. We specialize in a
range of building types owned and used by businesses, institutions and
public agencies. Over the Years we have demonstrated an uncommon strength
among our contemporaries in the rehabilitation of existing facilities with
a proven ability to adapt and update existing ‘systems’ to suit
the renovated building.
Philosophy: Our firm is small enough to
provide the personal involvement of the principals, yet large enough to
complete substantial projects in a timely fashion. Every project is
assigned a project engineer to act as a single source of contact for the
client and to assume responsibility for the performance of all disciplines
as well as responding to all client established objectives. The real power
in our business is in facilitating our client’s ability to
communicate their needs.
Information Technology: Since our
beginning, we have been at the head of on-going transformations within our
industry. From T-squares and slide rules to PCs to e-commerce, our
clients have expected and we have delivered quality at mass-market
speed. Our computer environment consists of a fully integrated
network running Windows 2003 Server O.S., 20 CADD workstations and 4
administrative PC’s w/ Microsoft XP Professional O.S. All
stations have immediate access to electronic mail, the Internet, and an
office-wide database that allows for immediate response to design
input. We consider it a paramount priority to maintain legal, current
licenses of all IT software.
