Geisinger Medical Group – New Lewistown Clinic

Project Description : Provided MEP & FP design services for a
new two-story, 40,000 square foot Clinic. The Clinic included, an X-Ray
suite, Chemotherapy Treatment Rooms, an Ophthalmology Suite, 50 exam
rooms, treatment and minor procedure rooms, an In-House Pharmacy, and
offices. The mechanical design included water source heat pumps with a
closed circuit fluid cooler and gas-fired boilers. The building is
fully-sprinklered. Electrical design included lighting, normal and
emergency power distribution, fire alarm, security, nurse call, and site
lighting.

Obstetrics Suite at Geisinger
Wyoming Valley.
The project included new cesarean section delivery rooms, locker rooms, and
post-procedure holding rooms, renovations to the existing nursery, nurse
stations, LDRPS, and related spaces. The Project included extensive
modifications and relocations of the existing hospital electrical and
plumbing utilities.

Center Authority. Provided the design of

Theater which included the Grand Lobby and Lower Level concession areas,
plus four (4) levels of Banquet/Convention facilities totaling
approximately 50,000 SF. Design included new central hot and chilled
water systems, new HVAC systems for the Theater and Banquet facilities,
new Stage, Theater, and Grand Lobby lighting, new fire pump and sprinkler
system for the entire facility, complete rewiring of the entire facility,
and upgraded plumbing systems to support the nearly 50 additional
plumbing fixtures.
